Communique (No. 2019-32 / 53) To Amend The Communique (About The Export Returns) (No: 2018-32 / 48) Related To Decree On Protection Of Value Of Turkish Currency

In accordance with the communique no. 2018-32 / 48, it had become obligatory to transfer the export incomes into Turkey and keep at least 80% of those incomes into the banks. This regulation was valid for six months from 4th of September, 2018. The period comes to its end on 3rd of March, 2019.

Published on the Official Gazette on 3rd of March, 2019, the six-month period of transferring the export returns into Turkey has been extended to one year by Communique no. 2019-32/53.
